Pita Joe was co-founded by two young and inspired entrepreneurs, Erez Cohen and Roy Weiner. Combining Roy’s great experience in business, and Erez’s vast experience as the Head Chef and Owner of the Murray Hill favorite, Delectica, a high-end, healthy bistro.

They both had recognized the success and popularity of fast food restaurants and wanted to take it to another level by opening Pita Joe that offers healthy dishes with all natural ingredients.

Together, they want to change how people think about fast food, organic and healthy food is the future of eating they say.
