Pita Joe was co-founded by two young and inspired entrepreneurs, Erez Cohen and Roy Weiner. Combining Roy’s great experience in business, and Erez’s vast experience as the Head Chef and Owner of the Murray Hill favorite, Delectica, a high-end, healthy bistro.

We blend only the finest Mediterranean spices and purely organic ingredients. And what’s that fresh baked smell coming from our kitchen, you ask? That’s our pita bread being baked fresh in our very own brand spanking new on-site bakery.
